Why did you choose UChicago?
My oldest sister went here and it seemed like a really good school with a lot of great people.

Favorite moment of your UChicago athletic career?
The alumni time trial.

Favorite team tradition/activity?
Pier runs on a hot day.

What made you fall in love with your sport originally?
I’ve always loved racing and training with a team.

What advice would you give to your first-year teammates?
Talk to the coaching staff and your teammates if you need something.

Favorite UChicago class that you learned the most from and why?
Intermediate Mechanics with Wendy. I learned a lot of valuable study skills and how to really learn a topic.

Which UChicago faculty or staff member made the greatest impact on you and why?
Professor Sara Ziesler. When I had a concussion, she went out of her way to make sure I didn’t get behind and to help me through it.

Favorite place on campus?
Hallowed Grounds!

Favorite thing to do in the city?
Go to Wicker Park.

What are your post-graduation plans?
Applying to graduate programs.

Outside of your current sport, which sport or activity do you feel like you would excel at the most?
Cross Country skiing!

Favorite Chicago restaurant?
Late night Au Cheval.

Favorite place you’ve visited?
Big Bend National Park.
