Leftist-aligned CNN, noted Biden sympathizers, are now calling out Fox News for their pro-Trump reporting.  This coming from party of the DNC controlled media that has spent the past four years trying to tear the President down. Rather than take a look in the mirror, CNN host Jake Tapper goes on the offensive: “So if you are a Fox reporter or anchor, somebody not on the opinion side and you’re going to abide by this crazy instruction, you might as well hand in your press credential at the same time because you can’t be taken seriously as a journalist.”

In a move that smacks of jealousy, CNN is taking the time to insult their leading competitor. And to do so with yet another unnamed source that the leftist media seems so fond of using. Leftist CNN anchor Brian Stelter joined the 9:00 am ET hour to discuss to memos he allegedly received from Fox that has requested the people on air to refrain from calling Joe Biden the “President-Elect” till the election is fully resolved in the courts.

Of course, CNN showed its usual bias, dismissing these cases as “frivolous lawsuits.” Instead, they outright accuse Fox of “Fox still assumes he’s telling the truth, promoting voter fraud innuendo, they are denigrating cities like Philadelphia, and they are treating these long-shot lawsuits like they are serious pursuits.” I believe that is called reporting the news, something CNN could learn from.

This is all coming from a network that has a history of ignoring the facts in favor of their candidates and DNC talking points. When Biden was constantly at home during the height of the campaign, CNN protect him. A study done by MRC shows that their coverage vastly favored Biden over Trump.

These facts did not stop CNN correspondent Abby Phillip from joining the attack: “Fox is acting as an arm of the Trump campaign. And Trump is treating Fox as an arm of the campaign. … The Trump campaign wants Fox to get in line, and it sounds like, based on Brian’s reporting, they are getting in line.”

Given how CNN has vastly favored their own preferred candidate and their ruthless attacks on Trump for the past four years, they should be taking a hard look in the mirror before making these attacks. The hypocrisy on display is astounding. But it is not surprising.

CNN Election Day in America Continued
11/06/20
9:55 a.m. Eastern

JAKE TAPPER: Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden is on the cusp of possibly being declared the next President of the United States. Part of the Trump era has been marked by the President’s relationship with right wing Maga media, especially his favorite cable channel Fox and we bring in our media reporter Brian Stelter right now with breaking news about the decisions being made at Fox about the fact that there is no credible evidence of widespread fraud and it looks as though Joe Biden is about to become the President-Elect. Brian, what are you learning?

BRIAN STELTER: Two memos obtained by CNN from three different sources all around Fox News saying that when Joe Biden reaches the point when he crosses the threshold of 270, fox will not identify him as President-Elect. Now Jake, other newsrooms are working through this, and President-Elect is the common language that would be used in any situation. However, the memos at Fox News say they will stay away from that description. These memos direct fox stars, anchors, pundits, talk show host to avoid language like President-Elect because of the President’s legal challenge. Of course these are long shot legal challenges, you’ve been talking about it on the air. Fox is taking the challenges seriously, showing deference to the President after 25,000 false and misleading claims from the President, Fox still assumes he’s telling the truth, promoting voter fraud innuendo, they are denigrating cities like Philadelphia, and they are treating these long-shot lawsuits like they are serious pursuits. It is troubling because Fox’s coverage influences tens of millions of people, who are ultimately misled, including Jake, the most important viewer of all, the President of the United States.

TAPPER: Brian, just to clarify, they do anticipate that they will call one of these states that we’re watching, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and they will project 270 electoral votes at least for Joe Biden, they just won’t call him President-Elect because of these rather frivolous lawsuits?

STELTER: Because of the frivolous lawsuits that’s right. That’s the guidance given out to the top anchors, the top people at the channel. It’s striking guidance. It gets to the broader issue of how Fox is informing or misinforming the public. The Fox decision desk is well regarded in this industry, having the same standards as CNN and all the broadcast networks has, but the opinion hosts and these news anchors at Fox are showing deference to these toothless lawsuit threats. By the way Jake, you said earlier, the Murdocks are ultimately responsible, Rupert and Lachlan Murdock are responsible for what’s on the network in the coming hours. And one member of the family weighed in a few minutes ago agreeing with what you said on CNN. Catherine Murdoch, a wife of James, one of Rupert’s sons says she agree with you that the Murdochs have to show responsibility in this key moment.

TAPPER: Alright, Brian Stelter with this breaking news. It’s so odd because there is no credible evidence of widespread fraud. None. So if you are a Fox reporter or anchor, somebody not on the opinion side and you’re going to abide by this crazy instruction, you might as well hand in your press credential at the same time because you can’t be taken seriously as a journalist.

ABBY PHILLIP [CNN Correspondent]: Fox is acting as an arm of the Trump campaign. And Trump is treating Fox as an arm of the campaign. They’ve been on the phone all week haranguing people at Fox about the Arizona call that Jim Acosta said, they’re furious about. The Trump campaign wants Fox to get in line, and it sounds like, based on Brian’s reporting, they are getting in line.

DANA BASH [Senior Political Correspondent]: I think you’re right, Abby. I wonder if this memo had gone out had the President and his family members and aides not completely freaked out on Fox for calling Arizona. From everything I’m hearing and we’re seeing it on the air, there is a — despite what some commentators have said on the air, the reporters have galvanized behind that call saying they feel confident in it. And sounds like they’re bowing to pressure from the President. No other way to put it.
